Our History

Founded in 1990, US-1 America Inc. has become one of the largest export distributors of all video game formats for Central and South America. US-1 America’s success is based upon a trusting relationship built with our clients as well as having a complete understanding of the needs of the manufacturers whom we represent.

Despite a much slower economy in 2009 our sales dropped only 28% year to year and after the first quarter of 2010, we are now on track to beat our 2008 sales figures.

We have over 20 years of experience in the video game industry and with our long lasting relationships with manufacturers, we have the market edge in pricing and allocation. Our sales, accounting, marketing and warehouse departments all utilizes the latest technologies in software which implement a new intranet structure that has allowed us to communicate and operate on a global scale instantly. US-1 America also proudly employs a multilingual staff who is experienced, knowledgeable and, friendly.

Our longevity in the industry, our total commitment to customer satisfaction, and our steady growth has allowed us to build a new facility that encompasses over 30,000 square feet. With our larger warehouse and docking structure, and with our new high tech office facilities, we strive to find better ways to serve our clientele while providing the highest quality control standards. We endeavor to provide honesty, quality and service to our customers through US-1 America’s continued commitment to professional excellence and outstanding integrity.

Our Experience:

• US-1 was Sega’s main South American Distributor for it’s Dreamcast system moving over 2 million units in just the systems short life span.
• We are an authorized distributor for Nintendo to the South American markets helping expand their market share there and boosting annual sales by nearly 40% even before the introduction of the Wii System.
• We are partnered with over a dozen software publishers, from EA to Activision, all of whom rely on us to help with their South American distribution needs.
• We have a 30,000 square foot office and warehouse complex to easily accommodate, sort, repack, and ship over several hundred thousands pieces of merchandise a month.
• Our staff here is a good mix of many nationalities including, Brazil, Bahamas, Cuba, Columbia and Peru which helps us better serve our multinational customer base
